Sample language for a bequest to Braden’s Hope for Childhood Cancer
1. Under a Last Will:
I give and bequeath to Braden’s Hope for Childhood Cancer, Inc., located at 15954 MurLen #124, Olathe, KS 66062 [options: (a) the sum of $_______; (b) ____ % of my estate; or (c) description of the property] for its unrestricted use and purposes.
2. Under a Revocable Trust Agreement:
On the Grantor’s death, the Trustee shall distribute to Braden’s Hope for Childhood Cancer, Inc., located at 15954 MurLen #124, Olathe, KS 66062 [options: (a) the sum of $_______; (b) ____ % of the trust estate ; or (c) description of the property] for its unrestricted use and purposes.
3. Other ways to give on death:
Designate Braden’s Hope for Childhood Cancer, Inc. as the beneficiary on a life insurance policy or retirement plan account.
